Whether you’re curious about Krysalis and want a preview before committing to a full weeklong intensive, looking to review material from Invocation, or simply craving a technique tune-up—this immersion is designed for you.

Over the course of 10 hours, we’ll dive into:

  • Isolations

  • Turns

  • Footwork

  • Shimmies

  • Combinations

  • And, of course, plenty of signature slinky arm work ✨

Each day will wrap up with choreography that brings together the techniques we’ve explored.

This two-day intensive draws from the technique-focused Krysalis programs Invocation and Elevation, offering a rich sampling of both.

📺 Can’t make it live? No worries—recordings will be available for 3 months.
