From Shoulder to Fingertip workshop dedicated to the power and nuance of upper body expression. We’ll spend three immersive hours refining the details that elevate arm work from functional to captivating. Through focused technique, body alignment, and isolation drills, we’ll explore the mechanics of the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers—building control, precision, and fluidity. We’ll then bring those tools into motion, working with new combinations and a short choreography that weaves expressive arm pathways into the body’s natural flow.

Perfect for dancers ready to deepen their awareness and bring more intention and elegance into their movement vocabulary.

Find your voice through movement—no matter your style or experience.

This workshop is about tapping into the natural drive we all have to move. Whether you're a trained dancer or just curious, we'll use focused exercises in attention, coordination, and creativity to help you connect intention with action.

You'll build tools to move with more purpose and freedom, expanding your movement vocabulary in a way that feels personal and real. It’s not about perfecting technique—it’s about making technique work for you, and using it to express something honest.

Tuition for the intensive is non-refundable, but it is transferrable to another student if you are unable to attend. Please note that performance slots are not transferrable.
